A behavioral analyst for kids with autism, ADHD, and severe behaviors

My path didn’t begin in behavior therapy. I originally worked in education, teaching English and supporting students preparing for IELTS and TOEFL exams. But in 2015, my first experience in an autism classroom changed everything.

That experience led me to become a Registered Behavior Technician, and eventually a BCBA.

Since then, I’ve seen the ripple effect that thoughtful, individualized ABA can have, not just in clinics, but in homes, schools, and everyday life.

And that’s where my approach is different. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans or unnecessary therapy hours. I believe in practical, real-life skill building, collaborative care, and empowering families alongside direct support.
